Some of the proposals that the Socialist Workers Front (FST), brought before the legislative committee that prepared the new Organic Labor Law (LOT).
The leader of the FST, Orlando Pérez, pointed out that social workers ask the National Assembly to ensure the return of retroactive benefits, because now the employer has the opportunity to liquidate a worker each year, causing the devaluation savings. The union leader said that in a system of retroactive benefits accrue and the idea is to stop being a passive job to become an asset to launch the productive apparatus of the state. (more…)
